First class operation. Pulled my truck right into the garage and was greeted immediately by Tom Black. He checked in my vehicle and I was given a courtesy shuttle ride home by Dave. Excellent text communication as the vehicle was worked on. When the vehicle was finished I was offered and accepted a courtesy ride back to retrieve my truck. 5 stars!!!

Well my husband talked me into stopping and looking at the size of the Trax. I was not looking to buy at this point. I didn’t even test drive the first evening. The next day I returned to test drive and still was not 100% sold on the deal. I was trading in my Honda civic. Which I still miss today!!! You gave me a decent deal. I wish you offered free oil changes with the purchase of the new vehicle but that was not the case.

I just needed an oil change and basic maintenance checkup. It looked like some oil was spilled on top of my crankcase and not cleaned up very well and I ended up with a bad smell coming through my air vents from that I believe. Otherwise, all went well.

Took many times in the service dept. To find the problem with my truck. Once the problem was finally found and fixed. They tried to put the oil pan back on with the old gasket. Which obviously leaked. So yet another trip to the service department to redo that. Had my oil changed the other day and it was leaking oil once again. So yet again another trip to the service department Which they said was the oil pan gasket. Not sure how that would happen. Nit happy with GM and/or Greenwood

I purchased my new Trax in July from Greenwood. Personnel were very nice and were willing to get me into a new vehicle. I called for my first oil change and at the same time my check engine light had come on. I scheduled took my car for service. The department was very friendly. My oil change and tire rotation was complete the diagnostic on the vehicle was completed to find there was an emissions issue. Once the emission system was check if was found to have no problems. So I guess everything is fine with my car. The check engine light comes on out of error. Thank you for your time.

Overall I was happy that they found the leak and did the repair. I was annoyed that I was given a EV without a charger and that it took over a week to get the parts. Which in this day and age of amazon doesnt seem right. But the dealership overall did thier best to make the get me a gas car which I appreciated.

When I called I was told to drop the car off and you would provide a ride home till the car was done. Instead when I arrived you said we can take you immediately. The job was done quickly and I was done in about 40 min.

I had my 2024 Tahoe towed 2 The Hubbard Greenwood Dealership.Tom Black, Service Dept.Mamager was Awesome.He put my SUV on his diagnostic system and found out that the battery had been fried by two competing computers, trying to pull voltage at the same time. One of my updates through the Internet only went halfway through hence the battling computers ha ha these are Tom‘s words. By 1:30pm, I was driving my Tahoe back home.Tom was exceptional and I’m so glad I bought my New Tahoe @ this dealership.
