Had to reset my oil life myself and my onstar app is now telling me I need a oil change so I'll have to call back again. Oil changed Monday, called and reset myself on Wednesday because i do work and didn't have time to stop again, after that I got a message and Thursday onstar says I need a oil change now I'm really wondering if it was done. Worst time I had with a new car having problems and the dealer living up to normal expectations.

You changed my oil. but you didn,t reset my computer and it displayed (check oil). When I called to see how to reset the computer I was told you need to bring it back. I took it to another dealer on my way back to work and he gladly reset it. It didn't take him but 5 seconds of his time. I won't be back.

Well my husband talked me into stopping and looking at the size of the Trax. I was not looking to buy at this point. I didn’t even test drive the first evening. The next day I returned to test drive and still was not 100% sold on the deal. I was trading in my Honda civic. Which I still miss today!!! You gave me a decent deal. I wish you offered free oil changes with the purchase of the new vehicle but that was not the case.

I purchased my new Trax in July from Greenwood. Personnel were very nice and were willing to get me into a new vehicle. I called for my first oil change and at the same time my check engine light had come on. I scheduled took my car for service. The department was very friendly. My oil change and tire rotation was complete the diagnostic on the vehicle was completed to find there was an emissions issue. Once the emission system was check if was found to have no problems. So I guess everything is fine with my car. The check engine light comes on out of error. Thank you for your time.

Overall I was happy that they found the leak and did the repair. I was annoyed that I was given a EV without a charger and that it took over a week to get the parts. Which in this day and age of amazon doesnt seem right. But the dealership overall did thier best to make the get me a gas car which I appreciated.
